Topps x Efdot
Selected as one of 20 artists for Topps Project 2020, Efdot reimagined iconic baseball cards featuring legends like Derek Jeter, Nolan Ryan and Tony Gwynn. His Jackie Robinson card raised over $20,000 for Color of Change.
His vivid, abstract-meets-figurative interpretations brought fresh energy to baseball's most celebrated moments, extending into the Iconic Stadium Series where he illustrated beloved ballparks including Wrigley Field, Shea Stadium, and Oriole Park at Camden Yards.
The partnership continued with Topps Project70 (2021-2022), celebrating the company’s 70th anniversary, where Efdot chose his own line up of players to celebrate, from Josh Gibson and Satchel Paige to Shohei Ohtani and Vlad Guerrero Jr. Efdot’s cards across all the projects drove over $1,500,000 in sales.
Beyond the official Topps releases, Efdot independently created Companion Cards featuring his signature Blob character: humorously lovable figures embodying the spirit of each player. These self-printed collectibles evolved into the Blob Cards series in 2021, bridging his physical trading card work with the NFT space.
